RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are custom-made per order. Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged in shipping, or if there was an error  during processing. Should a customer accidentally order multiple of the same items the wrong size item, returns are accepted when the buyer pays shipping to return the item in original condition. Upon receiving the returned item a refund for the item  (less original shipping cost) will be given.
